While we hope you’ll be happy with your Jehandra items, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know.

This policy applies to everything you buy from Jehandra. We’re here to support you with any issues when buying from us.

Changed your mind?

We’d like you to be happy with everything you purchase from us. As stated in our Deliveries Page, we check every item before it is packed and shipped for any defaults or damages. Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product in a saleable condition with your proof of purchase, within 14 days from the day you receive the goods (the cancellation period) and we’ll happily offer a refund.

Please be aware that some products have different return time limits and exceptions when you change your mind. We do not refund certain products due to health and hygiene reasons such as earrings from our jewellery section, or unsealed CDs or oracle cards, or where incense boxes or essential oils have been opened and tried. 

To get your refund, just notify us (01952 463876 or 07821 380038 during working hours) of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period listed above and then return the item to us, no later than 14 days after the day on which you purchased the item from us. For details on how to return and costs, please refer to the Return Costs section below.

Is your item faulty or damaged?

We do check all our item before sending out, and we do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it arrives damaged, or it doesn’t work, we are here to help. You can reach us on 01952 463876 or 07821 380038 during working hours (normal mobile rates apply).

Items we supply are required to comply with the contract. If they don’t, you have the following rights in addition to your legal rights. Within 30 days of receipt of the goods you will be offered the choice of a repair, replacement or full refund. From 30 days after receipt of the goods until 12 months, we will arrange for a repair or replacement of the goods and, if this does not work, a refund. After the first twelve months from receipt of the goods you may be offered a partial refund, repair or replacement, depending on the product and usage. You agree to return the goods, but we will bear the return postage costs of you are returning faulty or damaged goods providing they have been used in accordance with all necessary instructions.

Return costs

If the item was sold by us in our shop, you can return it for free to us in person. For books, sealed oracle cards or CDs or any gift or item of jewellery (except earrings) you can return by post, you will need to meet the costs of postage and we can supply you with a return label if you so wish.

Receiving your refund

We’ll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product.

  • By credit or debit card - Your money will go back onto the same card. Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

  • By voucher - You will receive a new voucher for the same amount spent.

  • By cash - if you bought the item in person in our shop. Cash will only be given on return of the undamaged item and in a saleablecondition.

    If you are returning items that were purchased on a promotion of sale, only the price you paid will be refunded.

    If you placed an order with us and it was subsequently cancelled through no fault of yours, please come back to us, where we will be happy to give you your refund.

    Christmas extended returns policy:

    To help at this busy time we’re extending our normal 14 day returns policy. Any gifts you buy between 1st October and 24th December may be returned until 31st January 2018.

    Your legal rights

    Don’t worry, nothing in this policy affects your legal rights. The simplest way to return your items is as mentioned above, but you can also tell us you’ve changed your mind by emailing us at JehandraLtd@gmail.com - headed change of mind.
